Absolutely. As a registered business (Lexx Lewis Productions), we provide a professional contract outlining all services and fees for your peace of mind. For corporate clients, we offer detailed tax invoices to satisfy your accounting department’s requirements. 

Yes. We carry full Commercial General Liability (CGL) insurance. Many venues in Brampton and the GTA require vendors to provide a certificate of insurance, and we are happy to supply this to your venue coordinator upon request. 

Yes. We believe the event should sound like you, not us. We work with you to build a "Must Play" and "Do Not Play" list. Whether you need a strict "Clean Radio Edit" policy for a corporate function or a specific genre for a cultural celebration, we curate the library to match your vibe.

Coming from an IT background, we believe in "system redundancy." We always travel with backup gear—including backup microphones, cables, and an audio source. We prepare for the unexpected so that your event continues seamlessly, no matter what. 

We typically arrive 60-90 minutes prior to the start time to ensure a clean, safety-checked installation. We tape down cables and sound-check the room before the first guest arrives.
